Frequently asked questions.

We’re here to make the staging and design process simple and transparent. Below you’ll find answers to our most common questions from homeowners, realtors, and design clients. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and provide home staging and design services throughout the greater Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. For projects outside this region, travel fees may apply. We serve interior design clients all over the nation with our E-design services.

What types of staging do you offer?

We specialize in both vacant and occupied home staging. Vacant staging includes furnishing empty homes with curated pieces that highlight the property’s best features. Occupied staging refreshes your existing furniture with designer accents to create a polished, buyer-ready look.

How does the staging process work?

Every project begins with an on-site consultation to assess the property and determine what’s needed. From there, we create a custom staging plan, schedule installation, and handle all furniture delivery, styling, and setup. Once the home sells or your contract is over, we return for de-staging.

How long is the staging period?

Our standard staging packages cover a 6-week rental period. Extensions can be arranged weekly or monthly if the property remains on the market. If your home sells early, we’re happy to schedule de-staging with at least one week’s notice.

How much does staging cost?

Staging costs vary depending on the size of the home, number of rooms staged, and overall project scope. After an on-site consultation, we provide a detailed proposal tailored to your property and goals. Most projects focus on main impression areas and are custom-priced based on the needs of the home.

Do you offer interior design services as well as staging?

Yes. In addition to home staging, we offer full-service interior design, styling, and short-term rental (STR) design, available both virtually and in person. While staging focuses on preparing a property for sale to attract buyers, interior design is about creating personalized, livable spaces that reflect your style and long-term needs.

How does your design process and pricing work?

Every project starts with a design consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and overall vision. From there, we tailor our approach based on your needs—whether that’s a one-time concept and sourcing plan or full-service design with project management and installation.
Because every space and client is unique, pricing varies depending on the level of service and project scope, with most design work billed at an hourly rate.

Why should I stage my home before selling?

Professionally staged homes typically sell faster and for higher offers. Staging helps buyers visualize the home’s potential, creates stronger online listing photos, and ensures your property stands out in a competitive market.
